On Sunday 3rd January, Sam Sanders was invited to Sandringham to be presented with the Queens prize!
On Friday 18th December the Sixth Form hosted as Christmas Jumper Day in association with Text Santa.
Olivia Langham and Paul Richardson, both Year 13 students, recently represented Springwood High School at the Mock European Council meeting hosted by the British Council in the Locarno rooms at the Foreign Office on Thursday 26th November.
Springwood High School recently hosted a visit from Mr Albert Quartey, Deputy Principal of twinned school , St Georges School, Accra, Ghana. This was the return visit following a trip to Ghana in October 2014 by 3 of the Springwood staff and 1 ex pupil.

On Friday 11th December Sixth Form danced the night away at their annual Winter Ball at Leziate Sailing Club.
On Wednesday 9th December 2015 A team of 14 Springwood swimmers from years 7, 8 and 9 attended the West Norfolk SSP KS3 Swimming Gala and came a very respectable 2nd place, despite not having a full year 9 team.

Onatti Productions visited SHS on Thursday 3rd December to entertain both KS3 , 4 and 5 students with their French play, " Les Garcons." Two French actors played 4 different roles and entertained us with slap stick comedy and lots of jokes. They even invited some of our students on stage to join in the action.
